BAKERY SHIPPING RULES

Orders placed by or before 12 PM PST will go out on that business day. Orders placed after 12 PM PST will be printed and mailed out the next business day. Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 12 PM PST Friday through Sunday will be printed and shipped out the following Monday morning for maximum cookie freshness! Your shipment can be tracked via email sent to you with tracking info. Please check the address entered. Guarantee will be not be honored for addresses incorrectly inputted. We are not liable for refunds due to 3rd party delivery delays or losses. Please email us directly at: sara@cookiezbysara.com and we will assist you with any cookie questions or custom orders. Note: Larger Orders (500+ cookies) may incur in additional processing fees, such as 20% gratuity, and 10% fuel surcharge for deliveries) All Sales are Final, No Refunds.
